Cream & Process Cheese Packaging
One of Hart Design's premier machines is its 8 oz. Cream Cheese Packaging Line. The system consists of a carton former, pouchmaker, filler and sealer. The carton former erects cartons from blanks. The pouchmaker forms a plastic pouch and inserts it into the carton. The pouch and carton then move to a filling station. After filling, the pouch is heat sealed and the carton is folded and sealed. Machine speeds vary from 60 packages/minute up to 200 packages/minute.
